Watch: Double-rainbow guy on Jimmy Kimmel Live tells us "What it all means"

"Bear" Vasquez — or, as he will be forever known, the Double-Rainbow Guy, — went on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night clad in a "Jimmy is my Boyfriend" t-shirt and full of hippy-dippy good cheer. Even when not in the presence of unexpectedly duplicate natural phenomena, "Bear" turns out to be the same big, goofy nature-enthusiast you'd expect. He avows that he was not high or drunk when the video was shot, (and then makes it clear that this is a rare exception in his life), sort of subtly hits on Jimmy (perhaps a first for the show), and takes a stab at answering the question, "What does it mean?" It's pretty great:

DBR Guy is what I think Hugo from "Lost" would be like in real life. And I loved Hugo!
He looks like Ron Jeremy with hair (on his head that is, as opposed to everywhere else).
