Sloane Crosley argues that public nudity is a growing phenomenon in the New York Times

From the "still-fun trend pieces about probably non-existent trends" department comes this New York Times piece by essayist (and Nerve contributor) Sloane Crosley. Our friend attended the HARD NYC concert and witnessed a girl sitting on her boyfriend’s shoulders, topless but for a fedora. She also caught some bare skin on the boat back from the show, and from those experiences spins out a riff on nudity in New York in general. Is nudity actually trending in New York City? Probably not, but one can always hope. For a bonus, check out our coverage of the HARD NYC show (with M.I.A., Die Antwoord, and Sleigh Bells) here.
