Police bust topless sunbather who got sexy with her sunscreen

Sex and nudity are under attack in Italy and the latest victim is a woman who was doing nothing illegal, it seems.
In the beach town of Anzio, south of Rome, a 26-year-old woman -- identified as Luisa under Italian shield laws -- was sunbathing topless, which is completely acceptable in public spaces. But one woman complained that Luisa was rubbing herself "too sensuously" as she applied the cream in front of a pair of boys, aged 12 and 14. (I'm just going to add "Pretty sure they weren't complaining" and move along.)
Mom told Luisa to put her top back on or something equally ridiculous and an argument broke out, broken up only by the police who, instead of telling Mom the law, decided to investigate Luisa for committing an obscene act.
Here's the part that will really infuriate you:
A police spokemsan said: "We have opened a file on committing an obscene act as we are committed to following the complaint. From what I heard she was very attractive."
Her lawyer helpfully explains what happened:
"Let's be clear: my client is tall, brunette and has an ample breast and is therefore going to naturally be sensuous when she applies cream to her chest." [News.com.au]
Europe -- it grows more Puritanical by the day.
Via.

Italy's definitely getting tougher. I heard you can't even marinate cats in your trunk there anymore.
Attractive women are temptresses who should always be blamed for inciting lustful feelings in others. Leave us alone, hot women! We're trying to get some work done.
This makes me laugh. I lived in Rome for 3 years, and when taking holiday to the beaches, it was common to see women, and even really hot women, topless in the tobacciao's buying drinks and cigarettes. And trust me, there's a chance this woman's kids have already done much more than see boobs by the age of 14 (many kids over there become sexually active much younger than here in the US). To me, this just demonstrates how ass-backwards their police and legal system is over there. You would think that for one of the oldest civilizations on earth they could figure this out.....
I've heard of being busted, but this is ridiculous.
Rim shot for P35!
