Reader Feedback on "Film Reviews"

I have to agree, while a bit more out on the fringe, Mads Mikkelsen is probably the most popular and respected actor in Denmark right now and have starred in a few other international films. google was invented for a reason you know.

re: TORREMOLINOS &73, the reviewer (Will Doig) writes "Neither Berger nor any of his actors have much of a resume" - HELLO, Mr. Doig... what planet have you been on? The male star of the film, Javier Cámara, has starred in at least TWO of Pedro Almodovar's films ("Talk to Her" and "Bad Education"), the female lead, Candela Peña, has also starred in Almodovar films (All about My Mother) The third billed actor, Juan Diego has starred in Carlos Saura films (The Seventh Day). This is just the tip of the iceberg for the cast of TORREMOLINOS 73. Any actor who has had top billing with either Almodovar or Saura is recognized as having MAJOR credits on their resume. Please familiarize yourself with world cinema before you make further naive and uneducated statements in your reviews of non-American film.
