Watch One Hilarious, Psychedelic Visit to a Shaman Named Bob in This Episode of ‘Be Here Now-ish’

If you ever wanted to watch TV on the Radio’s guitarist Kyp Malone play a shaman named Bob, today is your lucky day. During one of Sam and Nina’s stranger experiences while visiting a commune, they are asked to consume a mysterious and vague-sounding “medicine” by their shaman. As the girls drink the not-so-proverbial Kool-Aid, they begin to fantasize about the mistakes they’ve made at work and the broken hearts they’ve left in their wake. There are psychedelic experiences, talk of genitals, chanting, and more in the hilarious seventh episode of Be Here Now-ish.

Watch it all unfold in the laugh-out-loud, satirical new comedy web series by independent filmmakers Alexandra Roxo and Natalia Leita. Be Here Now-ish follows the lives of Sam, a dating coach, and Nina, a pot delivery woman, as they work, hook up, and stumble their way through the men and women of New York and L.A., all on their path to finding a spiritual awakening.

Be Here Now-ish features the talents of Karley Sciortino of Slutever, Caitlin Fitzgerald of Masters of Sex, and Kyp Malone of TV on the Radio. Look out for future episodes of Be Here Now-ish, premiering every week on Nerve.

Watch episodes 1, 2, 3, 45, and 6.
